We mapped 98 discrete workflows across every operational department at a 150-room property. The finding: $885K/year in administrative labor exists only because systems don't talk. The AI Ops Box puts a digital worker inside each of those systems — eliminating the copy-paste, the reconciliation, the tab-switching — so the team can focus on guests. It sits on the hotel's network, runs through outages, and works with any PMS.
